Entry Level or 1-Page Pro Resume Package: $250.00
The entry level or 1-page professional resume is provided in all of the following file formats: MS Word, ASCII, PDF, and HTML (including the design and posting of a private resume Web page).
Entry level or professional candidates with solid applied experience (or applied experience and educational achievements) that are relevant to their targeted markets, but whose material only requires a one-page document.
Please note that this discount doesn’t apply to clients whose material should fit on two pages but who would like it to fit on one. Producing a highly readable, effective and powerful resume is the primary goal. This can’t be achieved if your text is itsy, bitsy, teeny-tiny and squished into a one-page format.
If you’re uncertain whether you qualify for this package, I’ll be glad to review your information and provide you with the appropriate fee level for your document. E-mail Sue Campbell
“I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the resume. It is very confident, but not overstated. I put my resume on sales.com and the phone rang, literally, within 2 minutes after I submitted my resume. WOW.“ – J. Walker (Florida)
What You Receive
Your resume professionally written and designed to take advantage of your skills, experience, and achievements as these relate to the types of positions, companies and industries you plan to target.
The Entry Level or 1-page Professional Resume Package includes your finished resume in five file formats: MS Word, ASCII (two versions – for online submissions and job databases), PDF, and HTML (including the hosting of a private resume Web page for six months). Package also includes a matching references list at no additional charge.
“All I can say is WOW! You are really good at what you do. I am really happy how this is shaping up. You have taken my thoughts and described them perfectly. Thanks,” – Matt G. (Georgia)
How This Works
If you have an existing resume, I’ll have you send this to me. If not, I’ll provide you with a questionnaire to complete. Either or both of these documents will provide me with the basic information I need to get started on your new resume.
Once I receive this information, I’ll create the first working copy of your new resume and will send this to you as an attached MS Word document, via e-mail. Within this working draft I’ll include prompts for more detail, information, achievements, or simply suggestions to share with you regarding your presentation.
During the entire process, you’ll have the opportunity to be an active participant in the creation of your resume document. Not only will you be completely familiar and comfortable with your resume (in fact, the process should make you feel energized), but developing your resume should make you a stronger interview candidate, too.
It’s not unusual to exchange files a few times before a resume is completed. Most resume documents can be completed within 48 to 72 hours (two to three days).
If you need your resume completed more quickly, and you’ll be available to review and respond to working drafts in a timely manner, it’s possible that I can have your resume document completed within 24 hours (depending on current schedule). There is an additional fee for rush service.
“Wanted to let you know that I accepted a job today. The resume you created for me was wonderful. The recruiter asked that I send my resume to her so that she could review it and make changes that she felt would help me in landing a job opportunity. After I sent her the resume that you did she responded by telling me it was one of the best resumes she had seen and she suggested changing nothing.” – Steven M. (Maryland)
This is a very personalized service, and I maintain strict client confidentiality. This is one of the reasons why you won’t see examples of actual client resumes posted on my site. You can, however, see what other 1st-Writer.com clients have had to say.
If you’re simply looking for examples of resumes, cover letters or resume templates, you can try the Microsoft Office Template Gallery. To see examples of resumes in all the file formats job candidates need: ASCII resume (scannable resume), HTML resume (resume Web page), Word Processed resume (MS Word resume document) and PDF – or to learn how you’ll use the resume formats I’ll create for you, take a look at my Resume Examples page.
In addition to writing your resume (or any other personal marketing documents you may need), I’ll also work with you throughout the job search process; answering questions, offering guidance, and helping you in every way I’m able to make your job search a success.
I want this experience to be a positive part of your job search.
